Claims
Most claims will be dealt with directly by you or your employee with the insurer. On the rare occasion an insurer falls short of settling the claim satisfactorily, SJA will get involved and fight the case, if we believe the claim is justifiable.On many occasions we have fought and achieved a satisfactory outcome for our clients.
Administration
We remain fully involved with you and your policy from start to finish, unlike some larger brokers because of our strong customer care commitment.
