Andrew Leach
Managing Director
Andrew has over 30 years’ experience within insurance brokers and insurance companies, all within the field of health insurance. He is probably one of the most experienced health insurance brokers in the country.
In November 2013, Andrew's company, Citymain Healthcare, bought SJA International from founder Sarah Jewell, and SJA became the trading name for Citymain Healthcare Ltd., founded by Andrew some 12 years prior. Since then, the company has changed its name to SJA International Ltd but trades under the name SJA Health Insurance.
When not working Andrew thoroughly enjoys a round of golf or clay pigeon shooting and when feeling less energetic, reading a good book.
Jenny Sears
Accounts Executive
Prior to joining SJA in 2017 Jenny spent the last 12 years working within the Wine & Spirits industry for the third largest premium spirits company.
Since joining SJA Jenny has expanded her knowledge in all areas of healthcare and now focuses on group risk. Working school hours allows her to ensure that all important time with her son.
Outside of work, Jenny enjoys running and Boogie Bounce classes along with spending time with her family and friends. She is kept on her toes by her son!
Jo Edwards
Accounts Executive
Jo was initially part of the SJA team for four years, however following a two-year break pursuing her own ventures she returned to SJA in August 2018. She first met Andrew whilst teaching aerobics, “Andrew was indeed one of my most enthusiastic class members”.
Jo’s return to the field of medical insurance has made her even more aware of the importance of client’s individual and personal requirements. Continually updating her knowledge on all the providers current insurance policies.
Jo loves playing golf and walking in the beautiful West Sussex countryside.
Alison Beeney
Accounts Executive
Before joining SJA in July 2017 Alison worked in the Clinical Research industry for 17 years.
Alison continues to develop her knowledge of healthcare with her attention on Group Private Medical Insurance.
When not working Alison enjoys being around friends and family, loves horses and her favourite pastime is spending time with her two gorgeous Grandsons.
Silke Edwards
Marketing Executive
Born in Germany Silke worked first with Lufthansa as a long haul air hostess.
When Citymain Healthcare, now SJA Health Insurance, was founded by Andrew in 2001 Silke became its first employee. Life’s voyage took her to various roles in business management. Now she has returned to the SJA team as Marketing Executive.
Outside of work Silke is a keen skier, enjoys dancing, Pilates and Body Balance. Most important to Silke is laughter and her family.
