Financial Services Authority (FSA)

Since 14th January 2005, we have been authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The FSA was established by government to provide a single statutory regulator for financial services.

As of the 1st April 2013, the FSA was reformed and we are now regulated by the new Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
