April UK withdraws from the UK health insurance market

This week, April UK, announced their withdrawal from the UK health insurance market and with immediate effect April UK can no longer accept new applications for (PMI) plans.
Customers with an existing April UK PMI plan will continue to receive cover until their next renewal date. However, at renewal, they will no longer be able to issue renewal terms. Customers will be notified of this 30 days before their renewal date and invited to contact their broker to seek alternative cover.
